The popular American female rapper Nicki Minaj made a very encouraging and inspiring speech on her Instagram page to motivate her fellow female rapper and her female fans around the word below is what she said.

“I came into this industry and demanded more. I wanted more for female rappers. I wanted more for black women. I wanted to make more than what men were making. And I did. I did it.”

It didn't end there she also added 

“Even to this day, people are uncomfortable when women voice their opinion. Everybody wants you to just smile at the camera and be quiet and take what you get. Am not that girl.”
